Carrot prices reduced in Irecê region (Bahia state) and Caxias do Sul (Rio Grande do Sul state) last week (November, 21-25 th). However, according to Hortifruti/Cepea colaborators, buyers from other Brazilian regions prefer buying more carrots from Minas Gerais state, where prices are lower than Irecê and Caxias do Sul. In all regions, prices are under cost production.
