Piracicaba, 26th - Tomato quotes increased in November, for the second consecutive month. Supply in this period was shorter than in October, since there was more intense maturation in the second part of the winter season in October, so prices were above production costs and margins were high.

Another reason for the appreciation is that, in October, there were still tomatoes from the first part of the winter season, in high volumes. Moreover, soft temperatures controlled maturation in part of November.
