Piracicaba, 14th – Apple sales were slow in the first week of the month (November 4th to 8th). As a result, many classifiers did not risk a price increase, even with low fruit storage. The exception was for small caliber Cat 3 fuji, which closed at R$ 45.50/cx of 18 kg, were 4% appreciation was added in the classifier regions. That's because this type is still the cheapest option available and therefore has a strong demand. For the next weeks, Brazilian apple storages will continue to drop. On the other hand, the entry of international apples shell increase.
